Carb cycling logic: Training days 2,700–2,900 kcal + 280–320g carbs to fuel muscle growth. Rest days 2,100–2,300 kcal + 140–170g carbs so fat oxidation stays elevated all day. Protein is ALWAYS 210–230g — it never drops. Fat stays roughly constant.

Daily injections
Morning injection — fasted
CJC-1295 no DAC: 100–200mcg + Ipamorelin: 200–300mcg. Inject subcutaneous (belly fat, pinch and inject at 45°) immediately on waking before any food. Then do your 20–30 min fasted walk. The GH pulse mobilises stored fat — the walk burns those fatty acids before insulin rises with breakfast.
07:00 — FASTED, ON WAKING
Night injection — pre-sleep
Same dose. Inject 30–60 min after your last meal (around 22:00), before sleep. This amplifies the natural GH pulse during deep slow-wave sleep — the most powerful recovery window of the day. Eat your casein 20 min after injecting, then sleep.
22:00 — 30–60 MIN POST LAST MEAL
Tesamorelin (optional upgrade)
1–2mg subQ, fasted AM only. Specifically reduces visceral and subcutaneous abdominal fat. The strongest single peptide for the "visible waist" goal going from 20% to 14–15% BF. If using, replace the morning CJC/Ipa with Tesamorelin — do not stack all three daily. Cycle 8–12 weeks on, 4 weeks off.

Cycle: 12 weeks on → 4 weeks off. Never eat within 30 min of injecting — insulin reduces GH pulse output significantly. Morning: inject → walk → eat. Night: eat → 30–60 min wait → inject → casein → sleep.

Creatine monohydrate — 5g daily
Take with breakfast. No loading phase needed. Increases ATP resynthesis, adds 1–3kg lean mass over 4–6 weeks, improves strength on all compounds. One of the most evidence-backed supplements that exist — no downside.
Vitamin D3 + K2 — 4000 IU D3 / 100mcg K2
Take with a fat-containing meal. D3 deficiency is near-universal in the Netherlands (low sun). Affects testosterone levels, mood, immune function, and muscle recovery significantly. K2 ensures calcium goes to bones not arteries.
Omega-3 — 2–3g EPA/DHA daily
Take with food (reduces fish burps). Reduces inflammation from heavy training, improves skin quality, supports cardiovascular health, reduces DOMS. Essential fat that most people are chronically deficient in.
Magnesium glycinate — 400mg before bed
Take 30 min before sleep. Most people are deficient. Improves sleep quality and depth (more slow-wave sleep = better GH pulse), reduces cortisol, and improves recovery. Glycinate form avoids the laxative effect of cheaper forms.
